My name is Tina Fair, I am originally from Norfolk but now live and work in the Highlands of Scotland.

I have been a counsellor for 10 years and prior to that worked, learned and developed in settings such as rehabilitation units, prisons and supported housing projects.

It was here that I learned that our life circumstances are not always the reason for our unhappiness - sometimes it is an inside job.

When not working I spend my time with my small herd of horses and my dogs.
